Returns

Backorders, Discontinued Parts, and Returns

We will always do our best to facilitate your return or find suitable replacement parts. Our return policy always depends on if the part is an OEM part, Aftermarket part Accessory or clothing item. All items on Gearhead.com are subject to restocking fees and refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed to.

Backorders and Discontinued Parts: If an item is backordered or discontinued, we will notify you via phone or email usually within 24 hours of your order.

Returns:  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be un-used and in original packaging. All return parts must be received within 10 days. No returns on electrical parts, decals, fasteners or close-outs.  To setup a return, email us at customersupport@gearhead.com or call us at (877) 745-3617. . We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by contacting us. We will not reimburse for the cost to return any items.

Canceled Orders: All canceled orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee, even if your order has not been received. A 20% restock fee will not be assessed if you cancel due to the fact that one or more items from your order is backordered or unavailable.

Warranty Returns: Defective products are warranted by the manufacturer, not GearHead. Returns, replacement and repair are subject to the approval of the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable and additional shipping charges may apply.
